Castiglion Fiorentino

A medieval Eden with an Etruscan heart.

Castiglion Fiorentino is an ancient village, very popular among the Etruscans and during the Roman era, which has kept its medieval walls almost entirely intact, dominated over by the Cassero fortress. It’s no coincidence that in the village piazza archaeologists have discovered a sacred area dating back to the 5th century BCE.

FLASH Festival Tuscany is a place for freedom and diversity. As such we think that it goes without saying that everyone treats each other with respect and tolerance.

Any form of harassment or discrimination will be taken very seriously. Violence will obviously not be tolerated under any circumstances. In case of conflicts, we will do our best to help find a solution.

Everyone should be able to party as much as he or she would like to, but everyone should know their own boundaries and look after one another. Anyone caught dealing or with illegal substances will be kicked off site.

Fire / Fireworks

Open fires and fireworks are not allowed in the area. Anyone who lights up a fire/firework will be kicked off site.

Food & Drink

You’ve got to the good part. There will be on-site stalls selling delicious Tuscan food, plus a range of bars with the finest beer and wine. All our food is cooked by local chefs and inspired by the Tuscan food traditions. Every glass of wine and cocktail is made with love (and lovely flavours).

Our line-up will be released after the 1st Release sale is finished – the exact date is a surprise!

FLASH Festival 2019 included Dan Shake, CC:DISCO!, Chaos in the CBD, Laurence Guy and live performances by J.Lamotta and James Chatburn plus many more. Check out our FLASH Festival 2019 Spotify Playlist for vibes

Lost Property

Lost property will be brought to the FLASH Station. Please ask our lovely staff at the FLASH Station for more information.

Medical / Welfare

You’ll be able to find medical and welfare assistance on-site during the Festival.

A Car Park will be available inside the Festival only for those with a purchased pass. All punters using Cars, Campervans & Campervans must purchase a Car or Campervan (and Caravan) pass via our website.  Only valid with a Festival Ticket.

Photos & Video

All intellectual property and image rights are reserved. Filming, recording or broadcasting inside the Festival venue is not permitted, except by express authorization of the management.

By entering the site and purchasing the tickets, you consent to be filmed and/or have pictures taken of you as a member of the audience and their use in distribution (commercial or otherwise) perpetually and throughout the world without any payment.

It’s easy being green. FLASH has a full recycling system in place. You will find 3 types of bins:

COMPOST WASTE – BROWN for all food, bio-degradable plates, cups, napkins and wooden cutleries

Our guidelines make sure that no single-use plastic products are sold inside the Festival, guaranteeing that all food vendors are using bio-degradable alternatives which must be recycled where possible.

PLASTIC WASTE – YELLOW for all plastic. Simple steps can go a long way in reducing the demand for plastic, for now if you have any plastics to throw you can use these bins.

GENERAL WASTE – GREEN all the materials that cannot be recycled

Respect the Environment

LEAVE NO TRACE. The FLASH organisation ensure that every item dropped is picked up and properly disposed of. By doing your part you can help them ensure that the land remains as beautiful as ever.

Please respect the land and don’t pollute.

Respect the People

Everyone should feel free and celebrate as much as they want, but don’t forget about the people around you! Have respect for others, look after each other and be ready to help. Then we’ll all have a wonderful time together.

Reusable Cups

We have a reusable cups system inside the Festival. We pride ourselves on minimising the use of single use plastics on site, leading all customers to re-use their cups and adding a deposit to each cup to avoid waste.

We do have a few ground rules, most of them are pretty obvious, but they still need to be written down here. Please don’t bring any of the following to the campsite/festival site:

– Any type of weapon
– Glass bottles
– Pyrotechnics
– Gas cookers
– Dogs or other pets.

Set Times

Set times will be available on our website and social media channels closer to the event. Make sure you follow us on IG (@flashfestivaltuscany).

Few regions in Italy can boast the profound artistic heritage that one can find in Tuscany. The region is full of surprising cultural and historical treasures; its urban architecture and breath-taking monuments leave visitors in awe.

Tuscany lends itself to visitors with the proud awareness that it was once the beacon of civilisation for the western world. A trip to Tuscany during the third millennium still invites visitors to feel that same sense of beauty that people experienced during the Grand Tour.

The anticipation for the next FLASH Festival is growing fast, but we wouldn’t have been able to get to this point, without a heap of help. Now you guys can join in!

We are looking for hard-working helpers for the Festival weekend.
Please contact us at ciao@flashfestivaltuscany.com if you are interested in helping out.
