FLASH Festival Tuscany 2021 Postponed to New Dates19th – 21st May 2022

We are heartbroken to announce that due to the ongoing global pandemic and international travel restrictions, FLASH Festival Tuscany 2021 is forced to postpone to 19th 21st May 2022.

We have worked tirelessly to find a solution to make FLASH Festival happen in the summer 2021 while waiting for the situation and restrictions across Italy and Europe to be eased. Unfortunately, this has become again out of our control and not possible to forecast at this stage. Forced by the continued uncertainty, we cannot responsibly continue to plan for the FLASH Festival 2021 that we hoped to host.

From the bottom of our hearts, we are deeply sorry, and we understand how annoying this is to some. But please rest assure that FLASH Festival plans to come back stronger than ever in May 2022. In the meantime, we are working on new and exciting projects for this summer in UK and Europe, to keep sharing the love and spirit of FLASH within realistic boundaries – watch this space!

Just like last year, all tickets and bookings will be automatically rolled over to the new dates, 19th – 21st May 2022 (to thank you we will include a complimentary wine on arrival on us).  We understand that these dates might not work for all, but before requesting a refund we encourage you to transfer your tickets and bookings to your friends that might like to join the festival next year! We have included FAQs with answers to questions you may have below, please take a moment to review them.

We understand this is a very challenging time for all. The festival & events industry was the first to close and is the last to open. If you like attending festivals and gigs please support the independent festivals, artists, performers, venues, suppliers, vendors, caterers, booking agents, promoters, event staff, and all the event network you know. We promise to keep fighting for it and remain strong and optimistic while we are very excited for the future.

As you know we are an independent festival, run by two passionate organisers that want to share a slice of beautiful Tuscany with you and we do this to see your smiling happy faces dancing. As ever, your continued support through these times – every follow, share, t-shirt purchased and ticket transferred means the world to us and keeps an independent business like us afloat.

We truly cannot wait to see you all dancing again in Tuscany!

2022 POSTPONEMENT FAQS

When will the next FLASH 2022 take place?

FLASH Festival will take place from 19th – 21st May 2022.

 

I bought a ticket or a booking (glamping, shuttles) for FLASH Festival 2020 and/or 2021, what happens to them now?

They will be automatically transferred to FLASH Festival 2022 dates, 19th – 21st May 2022. To thank you, we will include a complimentary wine on arrival on us!

 

I bought a ticket or booking (glamping, shuttles) but I cannot attend next year’s festival, can I get a refund?

We understand that these dates might not work for all, but before requesting a refund we encourage you to transfer your tickets and bookings to a friend that may like to join the festival next year.

 

If this is not possible, then you can request a ticket and/or booking refund before Tuesday 23rd March 2021 via emailing us at ciao@flashfestivaltuscany.com. After this date, we will no longer accept any further requests.

 

Please do not contact DICE for ticket refunds and do not apply for a refund via the Premium Bookings refund application form. FLASH manages all the refunds.

 

For Festicket tickets and bookings holders: please get in touch with Festicket Customer Service team completing this form and they will be able to assist you with your refund request. You can also request a ticket and/or booking refund before Tuesday 23rd March 2021.

 

How do I transfer my ticket and/or booking to a friend?

Tickets Transfers – via DICE tickets app

Bookings Transfers – via emailing us at ciao@flashfestivaltuscany.com

 

I bought Premium tickets and/or bookings, what does this mean?

Your tickets and/or bookings will be transferred to the new dates with Premium included. FLASH organisers manage all refunds. Do not contact DICE for tickets refunds and do not apply for a refund via the Premium Bookings refund application form.

 

I can’t make it in 2022, can the ticket and booking be made valid for a different future FLASH Festival?

Yes, it can! We would love to see you in Tuscany at some point! Just email us to request to transfer your ticket to FLASH Festival 2023 edition.

 

I’ve booked private accommodation/travel/holiday/other third-party expenses, will these costs be reimbursed?

You will need to liaise directly with the company, organisation or person you made your booking with and ask for a cancellation/refund.

 

Are Festival Tickets for FLASH 2022 on sale?

Yes, they are! Purchase a festival ticket or get one for your friend via our Tickets page.

FOR FLASH 2020 Ticket holders: I bought a ticket or a booking (glamping, shuttles) for FLASH Festival 2020, what happens to them now?

They will be automatically transferred to 2022 dates – 19th – 21st May 2022.

Remember that because you kept your ticket during the 2020 festival cancellation, for each ticket kept you will receive a free ticket for the following festival’s edition which now will be 2023.

 

FOR FLASH 2020 Ticket holders: One of my Group ticket is no longer able to attend, what will happen to my booking?

You or they will be able to request a refund of their ticket only emailing us directly. The booking details related to the ticket booking will have to be provided. The rest of the ticket booking will remain as the original order. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment card.

 

FOR FLASH 2020 Ticket holders: I got Premium added to the tickets and/or bookings, what this mean?

Your tickets and/or bookings will be transferred to the new dates with Premium included. FLASH organisers manage all refunds. Please do not contact DICE for ticket refunds and do not apply for a refund via the Premium Bookings refund application form.
